We offer shipping to the US only, and offer USPS First Class & USPS Priority shipping options. Available shipping methods vary based on total weight of your purchase. All packages are hand-made and shipped from Houston, Texas.

Order processing time:
All orders, with the exception of preorders and subscriptions, are processed within the quoted turnaround time (TAT) stated in the website header. TAT may change from time to time - however, the TAT that was specified at your time of purchase will apply to your order. Please note that turnaround time is in terms of business days only. Preorders and subscriptions will ship on or prior to the date specified in the listing. For rush orders, please contact me.

Delivery Addresses:
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry, but we do not ship to PO boxes.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking your order:
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

What is sensory play?Sensory play is any activity that stimulates our senses - it helps children interact with and make sense of the world around them. Sensory play plays an important role in a child's learning and development. It can help develop critical thinking skills, language, brain development, fine motor skills, problem solving skills, and encourages creativity and emotional regulation. It's also a great screen-free activity!

What are the ingredients?All play dough and dyed rice are hand-made in small batches by me, Christina! Play dough ingredients include flour, water, salt, cream of tartar, vegetable glycerin, vegetable oil, food coloring, and for scented dough, cooking extracts, spices, and/or essential oils. Our Glow Dough uses glow in the dark mica powder in place of food coloring. Rice ingredients: rice, vinegar, food coloring and/or non-toxic acrylic paint

How long does the play dough/rice last?All play dough & rice should be stored in air-tight containers - either lidded jars, bins, zip top bags, plastic wrap, etc. If rice becomes wet, discard so it does not mold. If stored properly, dough will last 6+ months and rice will last 1+ years. If natural salt crystals form on the dough, mix in a few drops of water or vegetable oil, and knead to restore.
